Austin A90, A95, A105 Westminster
Austin replaced the A70 range in 1954 with the new Westminster range, featuring an all new body by Dick Burzi and a brand new C-series 2639cc engine. Much of the body was common to the A40/A50 Cambridge, although the Westminster was 3inches wider and 8inches longer. In 1956 an uprated engine was given to a new A105 model, but this was quickly superceded by the revised A95/A105 models launched late in 1956 with longer bodies based on the A55 Cambridge. In 1959 the Farina-designed A99 Westminsters replaced the A95/A105 range.
