Announced at the 1934 Paris Salon, the Talbot-Lago T120 was the first of the new Talbots as Talbot-Lago pulled away from the products it used to make under Sunbeam-Talbot-Darracq. With Antonio Lago at the helm and Walter Becchia (ex Fiat) on engineering new engines and chassis were developed. Sometimes called the 'Talbot Baby 17CV', the T120 had an inline six cylinder sohc 2,996cc engine capable of 90bhp. The T120 also had independent front suspension, and could be specified with Wilson pre-selector gearbox. The T120 was in production from 1935 to 1940.
